T E R M S    &    C O N D I T I O N S


- All goods are subject to availability

- Delivery of goods will be sent out to the delivery address the customer provided when ordering online

- Every effort will be made to deliver the goods on time but no responsibility can be accepted for later or non-delivery. EMSD Ltd aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days from receipt of order/payment and will notify customer of possible delays.

Once orders are dispatched, delivery can take up to 3 working days

- All shortages, damage and non-delivery of goods must be notified to EMSD Ltd by telephone or email within 48 hours

- Claims for non-delivery must be supported by the couriers POD


- In order to be eligible for a refund with EMSD Ltd, the customer must return the product(s) within 28 days of purchase

- The product must be in the same condition in which the customer received it, un-worn, undamaged in any way and with the original tags/labels attached

- Goods can be returned to EMSD Ltd by post or in person to the shop address:

1 Clifton Road, Ruddington, Nottingham, NG11 6DD

- EMSD Ltd do not refund any delivery costs from the original order or returned goods

- Once the goods are returned and a refund is issued, the money will be refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the goods. Please allow 3-5 working days for the money to show up in the customers bank

- If the product is damaged in any way or the 28 days have passed, the customer will not be eligible for a refund
